All the New Zealand productions of Triang Spot-Ons are very rare and distinctive due to the absence of a Made In location underneath. The VW 1500 Variant is perhaps the most rare and iconic of the NZ Spot On production models.
This version is in reasonable condition; it still has the back door but as the photos show it is detached.
